The Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) is the trade association and representative voice of Britain's civil nuclear industry. It represents more than 270 companies and some 59,000 UK nuclear workers. The NIA supports the commercial interests of its member as part of a diverse energy mix for the UK including renewables, clean coal and gas, with nuclear at the heart of a low-carbon future.

NIA 2010 Jobs Map now on SC@nuclear

The NIA Jobs Map is one of our primary information tools – highlighting the number of nuclear jobs within our membership in every Parliamentary constituency throughout the UK. 

Compiled since the 2010 general election, this edition includes refreshed data on constituencies, members of parliament and UK nuclear companies. The publication – which includes the updated map along with a simple suite of messages, has already been circulated to all 650 UK MPs. 

This highly-valued publication has been published by the association for nearly a decade and has charted the rising number of jobs which the industry provides across the UK.
