World Nuclear University Summer Institute - applications are now invited

At the Symposium earlier this month, John Ritch, WNA Director General, reported on the success of this year's WNU Summer Institute and that applications would soon be sought for next year's event.

We are now pleased to invite applications for World Nuclear University Summer Institute 2012.

The Summer Institute, an intensive 6 week leadership development programme, will run from 7 July - 18 August 2012 at Christ Church College, Oxford, United Kingdom.

The annual Summer Institute, aimed at nuclear professionals between 27 and 37, offers a comprehensive programme of lectures, tutorials, field trips to nuclear and industrial facilities, and team projects led by some of the world’s foremost authorities. The programme allows participants to establish an unparalleled network of peers with whom they will debate and learn, and with whom they will stay in contact throughout their career.

For comprehensive information and to apply please see our website: http://www.world-nuclear-university.org/summerinstitute/introduction.aspx
