  Why UK Energy?

  ukenergy

The UK’s nuclear expertise has been developed through more than 50 years of safe delivery and operation at home and abroad.

In fact there are more than 80,000 people in the UK employed across the nuclear supply chain, with a national and international focus. Full-cycle products are designed with a view to adaptability to the environment, and an expert understanding of safety systems and the regulatory environment. It’s this single-minded focus on safety and quality that makes us the partner of choice in nuclear energy developments across the world.

There are many examples of UK companies succeding in the international market for civil nuclear expertise.

NIA has worked in cooperation with UK Trade and Investment to develop a brochure outlining the UK's civil nuclear expertise, whilst also compiling case studies presenting some examples of succesful UK nuclear exporters.
